GOSPEL ALLIANCE CHURCH

Gospel Ministers & Churches International (GMCI) is an association of ministers and churches  recognized by the Federal Government as a non-profit organization having Group Ruling Exemption. That means that churches that qualify can associate with GMCI as a subornate organization for tax exemption status. This is only one reason that a church would associate with a larger covering organization.

Within the structure of GMCI is a banner called Gospel Alliance Church. All of the affiliated GMCI churches come under that banner. The church is soverign within itself.... there is no hinderance or interference from this organization with any of the affiliated chuches but in order to posture ourselves as a denomination for indpendent churches we use the banner Gospel Alliance Church. If a church already has its own 501 IRS status they can still affiliate for fellowship and apostolic covering. If you have questions about this please let us know.

As an affiliated church, the title Gospel Alliance Church can be used by the affiliate on any and all printed pieces, the Internet and all other forms of advertisement but it is not a requirement.
