MOTIVATING THE MINISTER
All around us, change has taken place and we continue down that inevitable road. We have to deal with changes both in the physical and the spiritual and we need to be as prepared as possible to meet those changes.
The theme for this coming Annual Meeting is, Adapting for CHANGE, Equipping for the CHALLENGE. This is a God-given invitation to move forward in potential and fulfill destiny. Makes no difference if you are camping on a mountain top or walking through a valley...there is a clarion call sounding around the world to come near unto Him in these latter days of time and become better equipped to adapt to changes.
This is not the time to fall back but a time to come up. We don't do church like we used to...that has forever changed and ministry must change in order to reach the lost and disciple the won. As has been said, the Messenger will change, the Method will change but the Message can never change. It must stay the same! But the enemy has sought to distract, discourage and defeat the Messenger so that the message becomes ineffectual.
This coming POWER ENCOUNTER CONFERENCE will be a time of "coming closer and moving forward" and letting the Holy Spirit motivate the soul and spirit to better equip the minister to fulfill His commission. This conference will be "saturated" with the manifest presence of God. Tommy Tenney, the keynote speaker for Thursday and Friday evening, has a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit that will bless all in attendance. He walks in a prophetic anointing of God that will make a tremendous difference in the life and ministry of the individual.
The Friday and Saturday morning workshops are "must experience" sessions that will impact those wanting to reach a higher high.
This is not just another conference...it is a destiny. You won't leave like you came! You will be touched and changed and rearranged during this Power Encounter Conference, beginning on Thursday evening and ending Saturday.

Keynote speaker - Tommy Tenney...
...is the author of the multimillion-selling The God Chasers series. He has spent 10 years pastoring and has spent over 30 years in itinerant ministry, traveling to more than 50 nations. He typically speaks in over 150 venues each year sharing his heart with many thousands. GodChasers television ministry is seen in over 120 nations on many different networks.
Bro. Tenney has a gifting to lead hungry people into the presence of God. He is passionate about that presence and unity in the body. To help others pursue these twin passions, he founded the GodChasers.network, a mission's ministry organized to assist pastors globally and to distribute his teachings through various media. He is a conduit for the Spirit to move that others can be blessed.
Bro. Tenney and his wife, Jeannie, understand the value of intimacy with God and humility in serving God's people. They reside in Louisiana.

Mark Di Bernardo
Pastor Mark Di Bernard is the senior pastor of Word Alive Church in Gilbert, AZ. with over 35 years ministry experience. This has qualified him to serve in many aspects of ministry including the prophetic. Those that attend the Friday and Saturday morning workshops will benefit first-hand from Pastor Marks ministry.
On Friday morning, Pastor Mark will be sharing on leadership principles from Peter. This will be an excellent time of receiving for all that are in ministry...those that have been very successful...those that have encountered obstacles along the way...even those that have been stopped by some of the obstacles. What leadership qualities did Peter have that Jesus hand picked him to build and establish His church? What were those leadership qualities and character that Peter possessed for such an honor? You will be enlightened on how many of these same qualities and abilities you have that Peter had.
Pastor Mark will minister in the prophetic on Saturday morning. You won't want to miss any of these workshops as they are designed to better equip the minister for what lies ahead.

GMCI will be using the same meeting facilities that we used last year. The address is: 2341 West Royal Palm Road, Phoenix. If using I-17, take the Northern Avenue exit to the east side frontage road. Go North from Northern on the frontage road to the first street on your right. That is Royal Palm Road. Turn right and you will see the facilities on the left. Look for POP on the building. The meeting facility is adjacent to the Quality Inn Phoenix North Hotel where we have been given discounted room rates.
