MEMBERSHIP DUES
Shows the complete schedule of respective membership dues. (Individual, Church )

INDIVIDUAL/PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
This application is for USA residents only and is for Ordination, General License, Commissioned Minister or Exhorter.

SPONSOR FORM / USA
This form is to be used by those that have a current GMCI member that will sponsor them. If the applicant has a GMCI 
 sponsor no other recommendations are needed; but, the Sponsor Form must be filled out, signed and mailed to GMCI by
 the sponsoring member.

CHURCH APPLICATION / USA
This application is for churches within the United States only desiring affiliation for spiritual and/or legal covering. Legal 
covering includes tax exemption status under section 501(c)(3) for those churches that qualify.


 

INTERNATIONAL MEMBER APPLICATION
This application is to be used by those living outside of the United States. This application is for Individual or Personal credentials only.

    GMCI provides both apostolic spiritual covering and tax exemption status to those churches  that qualify. In addition GMCI provides a fellowship for both the seasoned minister and that one just beginning their calling in God. GMCI is a full gospel organization for independent ministers providing Ordination, General License, Commissioned Minister and Exhorter/Christian Workers License. Mentoring, prayer support, missions projects, short term mission trips, networking and opportunities for fellowship are available.
